Our Story
My name is Karla Mondragon and I am the founder of Vigorous Living. I was in Human Resources for over 10 years before I got certified as a health/life coach and became a Reiki master in 2017. Before I began my journey I struggled with depression, anxiety and had a hunger for more. Didn’t really know what that was or how to get it. As a child I obsessed with having a super power, a power of a love so great that it saved the world. Of course, I grew out of that to be a skeptical and “rational” person. But when I had an experience with something I didn’t even believe in it revived my dream to heal the world. In Reiki I have found the power to relax, spread and repeat. I found a community and many coaches who pushed me forward. That is what I hope to create for you. I wholeheartedly believe it is “that which is greater than us” that has gifted me with healing hands and a loving heart. I love people. All of you.
